Preliminary English Test

PET is for you if you want to confirm that you have an Intermediate level of English. With this level of English you have the skills to enjoy holidays in English speaking countries.

Preparation classes cover the range of grammar and vocabulary required to pass the exam. We include activities using all the skills, learn useful exam techniques and test your knowledge with mock exams.

PET is a world recognised University of Cambridge Examination with life-long validity. It serves as evidence of a person's English skills and consists of 3 sections: Reading & Writing, Listening, and Speaking. It proves General English adequacy on Pre-Intermediate (B1) level.

If you wish to pass a higher exam like FCE, we recommend you take a longer course like our specialist FCE course.

All the materials you need are provided at the beginning of each lesson, or as a package before the start of the course.
